Duration/Costs

How long do the sessions last?

Depending on the size of the group each coaching session lasts no more than 3 hours.

How long will I be away from my work?

This is also dependent on the type of program you do but we never take you away for days on end. Each program is conducted in a progressive manner to allow for you to go back to work and apply some of the ideas. We may meet weekly, every 2 weeks or even every 3 weeks as we work through the program. These dates are normally scheduled before we start the program so as to fit in and around your commitments.

How much time do I need to spend on each lesson?

This is one of the main benefits of our programs. Because the lesson materials are provided in both written and audio format you can utilize learning time more effectively. The action and application steps need to be completed but much of what we do is applied on the job.

How long have you been in business?

Leadership Management® TR ltd. has been established recently to meet demand in Turkey. The International business has been in operation since 1966 and in that time we have serviced over 1 million clients. LMI is present in over 60 countries and in 23 languages.

What experience do you have?

Members of the Leadership Management® TR team have previously held senior management positions within industry and commerce. They have experienced the leadership and management challenges you face today and can bring those experiences to the table during the coaching sessions.

Most certainly should it be your preferred choice.

Do you tailor the courses for each client?

The programs provide a framework within which you as the participant apply the necessary ideas to suit your needs and objectives. We have worked these programs to great success in the public and private sectors and in markets such as IT, Insurance, Automotive, Communications, Retail, Engineering, Transport, Pharmaceuticals, Medical, Recruitment, Leisure, Education, Hotels,  and Banking to name a few.

What happens if I can't make one of the coaching sessions?

No problem. We just re schedule a one on one catch up session or alternatively conduct a coaching session via the telephone. It is not ideal but it helps prevent participants slipping behind.
