An LMI-Turkey Franchisee pays 200YTL+VAT per month as a marketing Support Fee. This fee covers national promotion of LMI programs and processes, advertising, web site, IT infrastructure, the production of corporate literature, the Business Support Manager, and many other utilities that help raise the profile of franchisees, contribute towards your support, and gain exposure for LMI-Turkey business.
Upon joining the LMI-Turkey team you will have access to an unrivalled support structure and receive focused and comprehensive training over 5 days in marketing, effective telephone techniques, sales negotiation, facilitation, coaching, building your business and on the job training.. You will also receive personal mentoring through our leading program, Leadership through Effective Personal Productivity, from an existing experienced LMI-Turkey franchisee. Training includes how to utilize and teach multi-sensory learning skills. These and other coaching techniques form an integral part of the delivery of LMI® programs and are what makes us so different. Used together they are a powerful force that enables leaders, managers and individuals to think and behave more productively and effectively.
We hold bi-monthly, two-day regional business development workshops where franchisees are presented with the opportunity to share findings on consumer markets and discuss the introduction of new delivery processes, techniques, and supply methods. In addition franchisees are encouraged to contribute feedback and findings to our franchise advisory board, our franchise intranet, and bulletin board facility.
Every franchisee is supplied with an LMI-Turkey Brand Guidelines and CD that contains logos, corporate images, typefaces, and marketing products everything you need to promote your franchise and get you noticed.
Each year representatives from LMI® franchises in Turkey attend a group meeting where we share success stories and strategies that are adapted and absorbed by attendees so we may all improve the delivery and marketing of our programs. With the right attitude, focus and goals 150.000YTL pa plus is also quite realistic. In some Regions in Turkey there may be more than one LMI-Turkey Franchise but this can be a great advantage. All LMI-Turkey Franchisees support one another, there is no rivalry or opposition so having other Franchisees closes by means they can jointly host promotional business events or share the facilitation of a large account. LMI-Turkey has however limited the number of Franchisees to be appointed in each Region. This is based upon Turkey population statistics.
Your business may grow to a stage where you may want or need to take on administration staff. Many LMI Franchisees recruit Associates who conduct sales interviews and facilitate programs though they work on commission rather than taking a salary.
Most LMI Franchisees work from a home office, but some prefer to use serviced offices. The choice is yours. As facilitation and interviews take place at the client's workplaces it is unnecessary to have a dedicated office or boardroom facility though your business may grow to the point where this becomes advantageous.
