1. Who is LMI-Turkey?

3. What is facilitation?

An LMI® franchisee does things differently. We know from experience and the feed back of clients that 2-3 day seminars, lengthy lecturers and fun days just do not produce long term results. In comparison LMI® offers short, action-orientated sessions held on a regular basis and spaced over a period of time. Vital to this is we do the majority of coaching at the clients' place of work, thus saving valuable time and costs for the client.
The core of LMI's® process is time-proven, experience tested and reinforced psychologically. This is a truly unique multi-sensory method that helps clients to think and behave more effectively and productively. Coupled with this is the franchisees opportunity to share, coach and facilitate the client towards success.
Here in Turkey our focus and programs cover Leadership, Management, Personal Productivity, Team and Sales Skills. All these are supported with our globally successful My-Tyme® Success PlannerT.

4. What is LMI's Unique Process?

Our Unique Process involves delivering programs using three core concepts; time, multi sensory learning, and spaced repetition. We believe that if you also use several senses during the practice of learning the information it will be absorbed more deeply and old habits will be replaced with new effective ways of working more quickly. Our clients have audio CDs to listen to, the program content and lessons to read, and workbooks to record progress and action.

Step 1 - The LMI-Turkey Franchisee will evaluate the client's current performance.
Step 2 - A plan of action is established, identifying the changes that need to take place.
Step 3 - The client learns to integrate behavioral changes into their daily routine and improves productivity.
Step 4 - The results are measured and areas for continuing improvement are identified.

6. What are the benefits of joining LMI-Turkey?

The support structure we have in place means that although franchisees are individuals they are also supported by every other franchisee and an unrivalled network of additional resources so no one is ever out there on their own.

7. How much do I need to invest?

Your initial investment in 2008 is 12.000YTL +VAT. It is complete and comprehensive to cover your first 3 year license, 5 days Training plus Coaching, LMI-Turkey Branded Stationery pack, Master Copies of EPP & ESS LMI Programs plus miscellaneous marketing materials.

We are currently offering an incentive payment plan that requires an initial investment of 12.000YTL+VAT for the first 5 potential candidates.

8. Are there any ongoing costs?

An LMI-Turkey Franchisee pays 200YTL+VAT per month as a marketing Support Fee. This fee covers national promotion of LMI programs and processes, advertising, web site, IT infrastructure, the production of corporate literature, the Business Support Manager, and many other utilities that help raise the profile of franchisees, contribute towards your support, and gain exposure for LMI-Turkey business.

9. What training will I receive?

Upon joining the LMI-Turkey team you will have access to an unrivalled support structure and receive focused and comprehensive training over 5 days in marketing, effective telephone techniques, sales negotiation, facilitation, coaching, building your business and on the job training.. You will also receive personal mentoring through our leading program, Leadership through Effective Personal Productivity, from an existing experienced LMI-Turkey franchisee. Training includes how to utilize and teach multi-sensory learning skills. These and other coaching techniques form an integral part of the delivery of LMI® programs and are what makes us so different. Used together they are a powerful force that enables leaders, managers and individuals to think and behave more productively and effectively.

10. What level of ongoing support will I receive?

We hold bi-monthly, two-day regional business development workshops where franchisees are presented with the opportunity to share findings on consumer markets and discuss the introduction of new delivery processes, techniques, and supply methods. In addition franchisees are encouraged to contribute feedback and findings to our franchise advisory board, our franchise intranet, and bulletin board facility.
Every franchisee is supplied with an LMI-Turkey Brand Guidelines and CD that contains logos, corporate images, typefaces, and marketing products everything you need to promote your franchise and get you noticed.
Each year representatives from LMI® franchises in Turkey attend a group meeting where we share success stories and strategies that are adapted and absorbed by attendees so we may all improve the delivery and marketing of our programs. In excess of seven hundred franchisees are invited to attend our annual international meetings.

11. What will my earnings be as an LMI-Turkey Franchisee?

An LMI-Turkey Franchisee, once established and having gained experience, can expect to achieve earnings in excess of 70.000YTL pa. With the right attitude, focus and goals 150.000YTL pa plus is also quite realistic. A detailed explanation of your earnings potential, substantiated with actual Franchisee examples, will be presented and discussed at you first exploratory meeting with LMI-Turkey.

12. Do I need to have training, teaching, or facilitation experience?

LMI-Turkey is looking to expand its team of people developers by offering a limited number of franchisee to committed individuals. LMI-Turkey Franchisees all have passion for the business they are in. They all want to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of every business leader and individual they work with. And they all want to see their clients become even more successful.
Over the past 5 years the average annual sales growth is 66%. More than half of contracts won by LMI franchisees are resale's to existing clients proving that they achieve outstanding results by offering a service businesses and individuals want, therefore we are looking for people who:

13. Is there any competition out there?

LMI® has been in the business of people development for more than 40 years and operates in over 60 countries worldwide so it is no surprise that other people development companies have noticed we are doing something amazing and want a piece of the action.
There are many hundreds of independent business coaches and mentors in Turkey, there are even a variety of companies offering similar services, but none use tried and tested development programs that have been perfected over decades, they do not apply a unique process, and few utilize a proven system of facilitation that delivers measurable results as we do.

14. What if there are other LMI-Turkey Franchisees in my region?

In some Regions in Turkey there may be more than one LMI-Turkey Franchise but this can be a great advantage. All LMI-Turkey Franchisees support one another, there is no rivalry or opposition so having other Franchisees closes by means they can jointly host promotional business events or share the facilitation of a large account. LMI-Turkey has however limited the number of Franchisees to be appointed in each Region. This is based upon Turkey population statistics.

15. Will I need to take on staff?

Your business may grow to a stage where you may want or need to take on administration staff. Many LMI Franchisees recruit Associates who conduct sales interviews and facilitate programs though they work on commission rather than taking a salary.

16. Can I work from home?

Most LMI Franchisees work from a home office, but some prefer to use serviced offices. The choice is yours. As facilitation and interviews take place at the client's workplaces it is unnecessary to have a dedicated office or boardroom facility though your business may grow to the point where this becomes advantageous.
